NSW Back to School Programme
AUSTiC Shop (Tanishq Consulting Pty Ltd) proudly participate on NSW’s Premier Back to School Programme for the year 2023. AUSTiC Shop has wide range of products that kids can use in the school and home. To help the parents for their purchasing decision, we have created bundles and dedicated product page to utilize their full benefits of the voucher. You can still purchase the products related approved categories for back to school.
The Premier's Back to School NSW Vouchers program provides 3 x $50 vouchers, totalling $150 for each eligible student.

Q How to apply the voucher for the kids?
A. Please click here to visit the Service NSW page to apply for the voucher.
Q. How to purchase the product online?
A. Once you receive the vouchers, visit at www.austic.com.au and select the Back to School Bundles OR your desired products within the participating categories. Simply add the products that you want then check out the order by selecting “NSW Back School Vouchers” option at checkout. Please make sure you don’t pay at this time.
Q. How to pay for the order?
A. Once we receive your order, we will confirm the order by assessing the products on the order which are approved for the programme.
Once assessment will be finish, you will receive the order confirmation with the remaining of the balance of the order (if) required to pay and request to provide the Voucher Code that you would like to use.
Please reply to that email by entering the vouchers code that you would like to use and remittance of the balance to pay if any into our official PayPal account. All details is mentioned in the e-mail.
After confirming all the details, you will receive the order confirmation and orders will be dispatched accordingly.
Q. Can I replace OR refund the order?
A. Yes you can amend the order but it has to be before we process the voucher. Once voucher processed, we can’t replace any of the order or refund the order.
Q. Can I get full refund before shipping?
A. Once order been placed and vouchers are processed, we can’t provide any refunds on the order.
Q. Is pick-up of the order available?
A. Yes, pick up is available on request but we don’t have facilities to process the vouchers on the premises. All vouchers and payments needs to be made before pickup arranged.
Q. What is the pickup address?
A. Once order been processed and payment cleared, we will send you the information on pick up address. Please note currently pickup is limited and may not be offered at the time of placement of the order.
Q. Can I use partial vouchers?
A. You need to use full $50 vouchers or in multiple of $50 for upto $150. You can still buy the products more than value of $150 but then difference needs to pay using our PayPal link or Direct Deposit into our bank account.
Q. Can I use any other coupon code or promotional code?
A. Unfortunately not. We only allow ONE voucher and/or promo code to be use on each order only. In order to use other vouchers / promo code you need to raise another order.
Q. Can you ship order internationally using NSW School voucher?
A. Unfortunately we don't support shipping internationally using NSW vouchers. This voucher is designed to encourage the residence of NSW for helping parents to elevate the burden of household expenses.
NOTE: To help you receiving full benefits, we have created the bundle of $50 so that you received the optimum use of your vouchers.
