For International orders it may take upto 10-15 working days to process the refunds.


Our business model is wholesale which gives our customer very competitive prices without compromising the quality and services. In summary you can say that our products are "best in the market". However to run our business financially sound and efficient, we revised our pricing each year based on Australian consumer inflation index.

All offers and pricing are subject to change without any prior notice on website or company owned marketplaces. We are trying our best to offer the prices for the products but there are many variables that may impact the price changes. Tanishq Consulting Pty Ltd and their subsidiaries holds all rights and can cancel the orders at any time without any prior notices that been raised for all company owned e-commerce stores and marketplaces.

Fraudulent orders

Any orders contains any mismatched information comparing with billing, shipping, PayPal registered address or credit/debit cards addresses will automatically classified as "High Risk". Any High Risk orders will scrutinize by our accounting management team with the help of Cyber Crime Australia and overseas Cyber crime departments. This is the lengthy process which will take some time. We request you to be patience on this while we working hard to resolve the issues.

We take highest standards on these orders as every orders will be dealt as case by case basis to make sure transaction is valid for customer and our company.

Behavioural Act

Tanishq Consulting Pty Ltd (including all branded online stores and affiliated sister's company) shall not tolerate any kind of abusive, illegal and un-appropriate behaviour towards the company and/or their employees. Any abusive messages, email, texts or any written and/or oral information will be submitted to Australia Cyber Law Agency at for further actions. Any online unappropriated and social media post which compromise the reputation of the company and/or their online branded store(s) found then company shall take legal action to those who are responsible.

Initial Order Screening

Time to time we are changing and adopting new way of screening selected orders in order to make our online web store more secured and genuine transaction.   Hence we have introduced policy changes as per below.


Change 1 (Effective from 1st September 2022)

1. Time when you placed your order (Order ID #).

2. Re-confirm the Shipping Address.

3. The last 4 digits of your card and/or Full PayPal ID that you have used while making payment for order (Order ID#).

4. The company secured a working website URL(s). (if any)

5. The EIN number of the company. (if any).

6. Your State Driver Licence. (Please take a photo and send it to us. No photocopies will be allowed).*
